At Gaiara, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review the details of our return and exchange policy below.
Online Orders – India
We accept returns of unused products in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact) within 7 days of delivery. Return requests must be initiated within this period. Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as an online gift card.
How to Initiate a Return
For Registered Users:
Log in to your account, navigate to the Orders section, select View Details, and submit a return request.
For Guest Users:
Use the Check Order option on our website and follow the on-screen instructions. Return Process

Click Request a Return, select the items, choose a return reason, confirm the product is unused, and proceed.

Select your preferred refund method (original payment source or bank account for COD orders).

Upon registration, a Return ID and courier partner details will be shared.

Our courier partner will collect the return within 1–2 business days. Please verify the Return ID with the courier executive.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging, include the invoice (with returned items circled), and ensure all tags remain intact.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days.
Important Exclusions
Returns or refunds are not applicable for the following items unless damaged or defective:

Jewellery and accessories

Customised or made-to-order products

Pre-order items

Altered garments

Discounted or sale items
For jewellery and accessories received in poor, broken, or damaged condition, a replacement of the same product will be provided. In the event of non-availability, a refund will be issued via an online gift card.
Items priced above INR 5,000 will be refunded via online gift card only, where eligible. Please allow up to 15 days from the date of request for return or exchange processing. International Orders
We do not offer returns or exchanges on internationally shipped orders. In the unlikely event that an item is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer care team will assist you accordingly.
Please note that duties or taxes may apply to return shipments. Do not ship any item back without prior confirmation from our customer care team. We will not be liable for duties or taxes incurred due to unauthorized return shipments.
In-Store Purchases – India
In the event of issues related to colour, size, or manufacturing defects, returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

A credit note, valid for 3 months, will be issued and may be redeemed at any Gaiara store in India.

Cash refunds are not offered for in-store purchases.

Products must be returned in original condition, preferably with original packaging, invoice, and tags intact.

Post-usage defect claims may be accepted up to 3 months from the date of purchase, subject to evaluation by our quality team.
