Properties and wash care

All Gaiara products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. Subtle variations in color, texture and finish are inherent to handmade products and celebrate their uniqueness. Our creations are rooted in traditional craft practices, including hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery.

We use a combination of vegetable dyes and carefully selected commercial dyes, aiming to minimize environmental impact while achieving rich, lasting colors. Slight irregularities in weave or print are not flaws by definition, handloom embraces variation, and true uniformity is neither expected nor intended.

Dry clean or mild hand wash only

Sizing

The fit of each Gaiara garment is determined by its cut, fabric, and design. Certain pieces are crafted for a relaxed, flowing silhouette, while others are tailored for a more structured fit. We recommend consulting our sizing guide to select the size most appropriate for you.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love every purchase. If, however, something isn’t right, please let us know.

In the unlikely event that an item from Gaiara.co is damaged, defective or does not match your expectations in size or style, you may return it. We offer free returns, provided that the product is unused in the same condition as received, accompanied by the original invoice and in its original packaging with price tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the delivery date. To process your return, please contact us.

Refunds

Refunds are offered only on merchandise sold at the maximum retail price. Items purchased at a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Also customised products are not eligible for return or exchange

Exceptions:

A refund will be provided regardless of discount in the following case : Orders cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your account details to facilitate the refund.

Online Credit Coupon

In lieu of a refund or exchange, you may receive an online credit coupon valid for use on gaiara.co. The coupon is valid for 90 days and may be applied to a single purchase. To use the coupon, apply it at checkout. The coupon is valid only if the cart value equals or exceeds the coupon amount; any excess must be borne by the customer.
